At GODA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your GODA account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your order slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
